I will say that I've had good luck simply creating a bootable WinPE drive (on a USB flash drive) and then using "imagex /apply" to do my installation. It's maybe not as elegant as the standard install process, but it certainly gets the job done. @Erik I keep meaning to come back to this topic and see what it takes to create your own bootable disc, but just haven’t had the time.
