I found I missed a lot of appointments getting synced with this solution (mostly meeting notices which seems to be a known problem).

I found this route which is working great for me.

Have you heard of this Brian?

My company has an exchange account through 1 and 1. We have a public folder outlook calendar that is shared between my boss and me. Problem is syncing the calendar with our iphones. Calendars come up on his pc and mine, but not on either of our iphones. Each company has referred me to the next company. Does anyone know how to fix this??

Is there any way to update your I-phone by e-mailing an outlook calendar using an .ics file? My work does not allow downloading any sync software or online publishing. I assume I can get a daily update be emailing it but don't know how..

Very useful, however I have a separate question. I recently upgraded to iOS 4.1 and prior to this I had bt MMS service to read emails through the Exchange HP service. I had followed the steps as posted in your HP site, BUT since upgrading to iOS 4.1 it hasn't worked anymore...might you have an idea of what's going on?
Thanks

Thanks very much mate, a very worthwhile write-up. As the last poster says, although you would think that Apple would have sorted it out to sync through iTunes, this is a very easy and, so far reliable (for the last 20 minutes anyway) way of getting my calender back on my iPhone.

Thanks again.

I have been having problems syncing my calendar with my iPhone ever since the latest version of iTunes came out (9.1.1.12).

I have tried every possible solution to the problem (even the ones Apple recommend) and nothing has worked.

Whilst not curing the problem, this is a great work around and will do for now, until Apple sort out the problem!

Thanks so much for giving me my calendar back.
